Within 8 working days after receiving the order, you can notify us of a return via email address: [email protected]. You will then receive a return form that you should include with your return shipment.
The products that have been registered for return must be shipped within 3 (working) days after registration to:

Conditions
- The products must still be in the original condition of shipment and in the original packaging.
- MLA-Sportstape.nl accepts returns only if they have been registered in the manner described above and if the instructions provided at the time of registration have been followed.
- Returns that are not registered or not registered within the specified time will not be accepted.
- Your return will be confirmed by email after registration and upon receipt of the return. The purchase amount for the returns will be credited by us and will be deposited into your bank or giro account within 14 days.
- The items to be returned must be shipped at your own expense. Returns sent by post must always be sufficiently franked; insufficiently franked return shipments will NOT be accepted and, therefore, will NOT be credited.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order if this is done within 24 hours after the order is placed and if the order has not yet been shipped. You can notify us of this cancellation by email at [email protected] or by phone.
